Description

  • Own end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns from planning through deployment, QA, testing, reporting, and optimization.
  • Build, manage, and optimize automated journeys, campaigns, and audience segmentation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Develop and edit email content aligned with campaign goals, brand voice, and audience needs.
  • Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, copy, CTAs, send times, and audience segments to improve performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions, engagement, KPIs) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Apply best practices for deliverability, compliance, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Write and edit high-quality blog content aligned with SEO goals and brand messaging, and refresh existing content to improve rankings.
  • Create SEO-focused content and optimize written content for target keywords, search intent, readability, and internal linking.
  • Create and adapt social media copy and content concepts to support campaigns and maintain the content calendar; monitor content performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on email marketing and automation.
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder.
  • Strong experience writing marketing content across email, blog, SEO, and social media formats.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and on-page optimization best practices.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, email testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with SQL or AMPscript within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting and minor template edits.
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools to measure content and campaign performance (preferred).
