Description

  • Develop and own the GTM enablement roadmap aligned to company priorities, product launches, partner strategy, and stakeholder input.
  • Build onboarding and ramp programs for Sales, Customer Success, TAMs, Alliances, and partner-facing roles.
  • Consolidate scattered enablement materials into a single source of truth that teams can actually use.
  • Keep internal and external knowledge current by partnering with Field Engineering.
  • Own launch enablement for new features, products, and programs across internal teams and partners.
  • Design modular, role-based curricula for different partner personas and deliver live, workshop, and self-serve training formats.
  • Build and maintain the demo program, including scripts, environments, and audience-specific talk tracks.
  • Own and expand the certification program across customer, channel, and alliance tracks.
  • Partner with subject-matter experts to design, run, and administer certification programs and rubrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, technical enablement, solutions engineering, technical account management, or cloud consulting.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and delivering training programs.
  • Direct field experience such as carrying quota, running pre-sales, or delivering consulting work.
  • Certified cloud practitioner or higher in at least one major provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • FinOps Certified Practitioner within the first 90 days.
  • Ability to become demo-fluent in a technical product and coach others effectively.
  • Experience enabling external technical audiences and building enablement programs from the ground up.
  • Ability to explain complex, quantitative concepts clearly and influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Preferred experience in cloud cost management, FinOps, or cloud commitment platforms and in a channel-led motion.
  • Preferred familiarity with hyperscaler co-sell and marketplace mechanics.
  • Preferred advanced FinOps certifications such as FinOps Certified Engineer, FinOps Certified Professional, or FOCUS Analyst.
  • Preferred instructional design or adult-learning background.
