Description

  • Prospect and acquire net-new Healthcare & Life Sciences enterprise accounts aligned to Toptal’s services.
  • Own and expand a portfolio of strategically important enterprise accounts with accountability for revenue growth and client outcomes.
  • Build senior executive relationships and position Toptal as a trusted partner on critical business initiatives.
  • Define and execute account strategy, including opportunity creation, pipeline development, and multi-year growth planning.
  • Lead solution development and deal execution with Industry GMs, Practice Leaders, and Delivery teams.
  • Partner with Enterprise Sales Executives to coordinate account expansion and maximize total account value.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline and account intelligence to support forecasting and decision-making.
  • Align cross-functional teams to client objectives to ensure strong delivery outcomes and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Lead strategic client conversations with discretion and independent judgment.
  • Develop and execute growth plans for a portfolio expected to exceed $10M in annual revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience selling into medium-to-large Healthcare & Life Sciences organizations.
  • Background as a Director or Client Service Partner at a top consulting firm is preferred.
  • Comfort engaging C-level executives on trends affecting Healthcare & Life Sciences.
  • Extensive experience selling consulting or managed service solutions within Healthcare & Life Sciences.
  • Proven full-cycle sales experience with large, complex, multi-phase managed technology projects for enterprise clients with $2B+ in annual revenue.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and software delivery/development concepts.
  • Ability to build and execute account plans that drive portfolio growth and a healthy pipeline.
  • Experience prospecting, running virtual sales calls, and leading sales pursuits with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience negotiating complex service agreements with procurement and legal teams.
  • Regular or periodic travel is required.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire; no visa sponsorship or assistance is provided.
