Description

  • Prospect for and acquire new strategically aligned Healthcare & Life Sciences enterprise accounts.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-priority enterprise accounts with accountability for revenue, scale, and client outcomes.
  • Build and maintain senior executive relationships across client organizations.
  • Define and execute account strategies, including opportunity creation, pipeline development, and multi-year growth planning.
  • Lead solution development and deal execution with internal industry, practice, and delivery teams.
  • Partner with Enterprise Sales Executives to coordinate account expansion and maximize total account value.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline and account intelligence to support forecasting and decision-making.
  • Align cross-functional teams to client objectives and ensure high-quality delivery outcomes.
  • Lead strategic client conversations and exercise independent judgment in account management.
  • Expand buyer networks, deepen executive engagement, and identify opportunities to displace competitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience selling into medium-to-large Healthcare & Life Sciences organizations.
  • Experience as a Director or Client Service Partner at a top consulting firm is an example of relevant background.
  • Comfort engaging C-level executives on industry trends affecting Healthcare & Life Sciences.
  • Extensive experience selling consulting or managed services solutions within Healthcare & Life Sciences.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle sales of large, complex, multi-phase managed technology projects to enterprise clients with $2B+ in annual revenue.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and software delivery and development concepts.
  • Ability to build and execute account plans that drive portfolio growth and a healthy pipeline.
  • Experience prospecting, running virtual sales calls, and leading sales pursuits with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience negotiating complex service agreements with procurement and legal teams.
  • Regular or periodic travel is required to meet clients inside and outside your geographic location.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company with a wide variety of challenges and deadlines.
  • Must be a world-class individual contributor; this is not a people-management role.
