Description

  • Lead enterprise customer implementations from project kickoff through successful go-live.
  • Manage multiple large-scale projects with a focus on on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Translate customer objectives into detailed project plans, MVPs, and actionable delivery roadmaps.
  • Build and maintain relationships with project teams, executive sponsors, key stakeholders, and IT leaders.
  • Partner with internal teams to convert client requirements into solution designs and build plans.
  • Set expectations, maintain accountability, and manage deadlines and deliverables across internal and customer teams.
  • Triage escalations, assess risks, develop contingency plans, and drive risk mitigation.
  • Track project financials including utilization, budget versus actual hours, margin, travel, and other expenses.
  • Run governance meetings and report on status, milestones, KPIs, accomplishments, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with sales on proposals, estimates, change orders, and new statements of work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of client-facing implementation and/or consulting experience managing enterprise-scale projects.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies and understanding operational workflows.
  • Ability to confidently communicate with IT leaders and Director/VP-level stakeholders.
  • Experience leading multi-workstream implementation teams for enterprise software deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with project management software and reporting methods such as progress tracking, burndown charts, and resource allocation.
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Salesforce; familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Understanding of project commercials, including SOWs, budgeting, and resourcing.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to travel based on customer and project needs.
  • Preferred: Experience working with a global, distributed workforce and diverse international clients.
  • Preferred: Ability to standardize work through templates and provide a rollup program management view.
  • Preferred: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
