Description

  • Manage a pod of implementation specialists through team meetings, weekly 1:1s, coaching, and escalation support.
  • Oversee execution of enterprise-level and strategic partnership implementation projects and report on related metrics.
  • Work hands-on as a player-coach by taking on project tasks that support team success.
  • Handle pod planning, including coverage, approvals, workload distribution, and team-building activities.
  • Set and model standards for high-quality work and team performance.
  • Partner with the Director of Implementation to develop and launch new scaling strategies for timelines, configuration, and training.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Implementation on hiring, coaching, and continuous team improvement.
  • Work closely with product and other internal teams on company-wide initiatives representing the Implementation team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 7+ years of professional work experience; PMP, client-facing experience, and/or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years of project management experience for new customer implementations of a SaaS software product, preferably in healthcare or health tech.
  • 2+ years of experience managing direct reports or project teams of 3-5 people.
  • Experience running mid-to-long-term projects lasting 3 months or more for customers of all sizes.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change, think critically, and work independently/remotely.
  • Must be flexible with scheduling to support customers in different time zones.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, or about 4 times per year.
