Description

  • Record everyday household activities from a first-person perspective, including cooking, cleaning, tidying up, folding laundry, gardening, and walking the dog.
  • Record videos in your own home, yard, garage, or workspace.
  • Follow the short recording guidelines for each session.
  • Upload completed videos through the project app.
  • Capture intentional, useful tasks that accurately depict real household activities.
  • Maintain clear, stable, well-lit footage that meets the project’s quality standards.

Requirements

  • Own or use a smartphone or alternative camera device capable of 30 FPS or greater and 1080p resolution or greater.
  • Use an iPhone 11 or newer, Google Pixel 6+, or Samsung Galaxy S21+ with a wide-angle / 0.5x lens.
  • Mount the device at forehead or eye level for an egocentric perspective with a downward angle to keep hands visible.
  • Use the designated D&A application for all data capture and upload.
  • Provide video clips that are at least 15 seconds long.
  • Ensure footage is clear, stable, well-lit, and free of unnecessary pauses or contrived movements.
  • Be able to record household activities on a flexible, project-based freelance schedule.
