Description

  • Establish a framework for operational excellence and innovative practices across growing lines of business.
  • Execute growth-focused initiatives and partner cross-functionally to support revenue and expansion targets.
  • Lead strategic projects that advance executive-level goals and translate business needs into actionable improvements.
  • Oversee accurate reporting and dashboarding using Salesforce, Sigma, and Hex.
  • Drive data integrity improvements, including TAM audits, brand data remediation, and system integration efforts.
  • Design and manage KPI reporting frameworks, including year-over-year pacing analytics and forward-looking modeling.
  • Model and refine territories across multiple R/MM/E sales business units.
  • Oversee account assignment and upload processes while maintaining data integrity standards.
  • Build scalable workflows for pipeline management, data hygiene, and other core sales operations processes.
  • Serve as a strategic bridge between sales, marketing, finance, and leadership to improve visibility into performance.
  • Develop documentation and training frameworks to support consistent adoption of new systems and cadences.
  • Partner with sales leadership to prioritize initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain alignment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence senior leadership without direct authority.
  • Advanced technical proficiency with SFDC and Sigma administration, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Experience diagnosing reporting inaccuracies and building scalable solutions and insights.
  • Strong expertise in data management, territory modeling, and system integration.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a high-demand environment.
  • Tech-savvy and intellectually curious with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure stakeholder relationships and resolve priority conflicts independently while maintaining alignment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident decision-maker who can clearly articulate priorities and rationale.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and creating structure amid rapid change.
  • Resourceful problem-solver who can learn independently and implement solutions.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation with base salary ranging from $117,000 to $238,000 depending on geographic zone.
  • Additional cash compensation may include overtime, bonus, and commissions if eligible.
