Description

  • Hire, develop, motivate, and manage a quota-achieving sales team.
  • Coach the team through the full-cycle sales process, including discovery meetings, live demos, and solution proposals.
  • Support and empower the team through field visits, prospecting, trade shows, walk-ins, and local business partnerships.
  • Partner with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure customer expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
  • Use Salesforce and other tools to drive productivity, manage forecast pipelines, and analyze conversion rates.
  • Own accountability for new business growth across the assigned district.
  • Work closely with the product team to help build solutions that address retail operators’ needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a sourcing and/or closing role.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of success.
  • Passion and ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, creative, and flexible, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Management experience building customer-facing, quota-achieving full-cycle sales teams is preferred.
  • Experience working in a tech environment is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.
  • Experience working in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Proven track record of creating a winning culture that performs at a high level is preferred.

Benefits

  • Remote opportunity based out of Louisville, KY with travel expectations up to 35% of the time.
  • Total Targeted Cash compensation of $165,000 to $264,000 USD.
  • Uncapped commissions.
  • Bonus eligibility, depending on role eligibility.
  • Benefits and equity eligibility as part of the total rewards package.
