Description

  • Lead and coach Outside Sales Representatives across the full B2B sales cycle.
  • Support reps through prospecting, pipeline generation, qualification, discovery, presentations, negotiation, closing, and account nurturing.
  • Conduct live coaching sessions and review recorded calls to improve rep performance.
  • Develop, refine, and document scalable sales processes, playbooks, and coaching guides.
  • Use AI tools to analyze calls, pipeline data, and team performance, and to improve sales documentation.
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and CRM data quality.
  • Run pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership on sales strategy, messaging, positioning, and business goals.
  • Track key sales metrics and coach the team toward continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle B2B sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading Outside Sales Representatives, not just SDR or appointment-setting teams.
  • Personal experience carrying a sales quota and closing complex B2B deals.
  • Experience generating pipeline, running discovery calls, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing business.
  • Strong background in Managed Service Providers (MSP) or IT Services is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of consultative technology sales processes.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily sales operations.
  • Comfort working with Claude Projects, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; native or near-native English preferred.
  • Availability to work during U.S. Eastern business hours.
  • Experience selling or managing teams in Managed IT Services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, or professional services is nice to have.
  • Experience building high-performing remote sales teams is nice to have.
  • Familiarity with modern CRM platforms and sales analytics tools is nice to have.
  • Experience implementing AI-driven sales enablement strategies is nice to have.
