Description

  • Lead go-to-market strategy, launch processes, stakeholder management, and product influence for new Enterprise-focused products, features, and services.
  • Serve as the market and sector expert on the needs of Enterprise restaurant, hotel, entertainment, and institutional foodservice organizations.
  • Partner with Enterprise Product and Finance teams to develop initiatives that drive product adoption and ARPU growth.
  • Work with Enterprise Sales and Customer Success to create customer stories supported by validated metrics and proof points.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Enablement to improve sales productivity through product knowledge transfer, seller collateral, and value-based talk tracks.
  • Inform product development and long-term Enterprise roadmap decisions using qualitative and quantitative customer and market insights.
  • Support campaign planning and cross-functional marketing activation for existing products and new offerings.
  • Define how Toast positions, messages, sells, and markets its Enterprise products and services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of combined experience in product marketing, product management, operational roles, finance, sales, or strategy consulting.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations in a fast-growing organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience developing high-quality content for external executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated proficiency leading cross-functional partnerships with diverse teams to develop strategic plans and achieve goals.
  • Data-minded with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs deeply and translate those insights into product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in B2B product marketing roles focused on large enterprise prospects is preferred.
  • Experience marketing AI-driven products is preferred.
  • Experience implementing AI tools to improve internal processes and accelerate business outcomes is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B sales enablement is preferred.
  • Previous restaurant, POS, or enterprise software industry experience is preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation with a base salary range of $142,000-$227,000 in Zone A, $123,000-$197,000 in Zone B, or $111,000-$178,000 in Zone C.
  • Cash compensation may include overtime and eligible bonus/commissions.
