Description

  • Build strategic relationships with Care Operations and Voice of the Customer teams to understand and address their highest-priority friction points.
  • Use AI and machine learning to classify and score customer interactions by complexity, urgency, and sentiment.
  • Analyze large volumes of unstructured customer feedback from chat, voice, and email and convert it into structured, actionable insights.
  • Create scalable insight-to-action frameworks, including prompt libraries and analytical playbooks for the broader Care team.
  • Operate as a subject matter expert and independent individual contributor who owns the approach for solving ambiguous problems.
  • Identify blockers early and bring data-backed solutions and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and the COO.
  • Experiment with AI methods in an iterative way while ensuring accuracy and alignment to business outcomes.
  • Translate complex technical findings into clear, business-facing recommendations for customer success and operational leaders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a high-growth, data-intensive environment such as Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence.
  • Expert-level SQL skills with the ability to navigate complex schemas and build performant queries.
  • Experience with Snowflake is a major plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Snowflake Cortex to analyze large sets of unstructured data.
  • Strong experience building dashboards and visualizations in Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Working knowledge of foundational data science concepts such as regression, classification, and clustering.
  • Experience applying AI, ML, or data science methods to classification, sentiment analysis, or trend identification in a professional setting.
  • Understanding of Customer Success or Care operations, including concepts such as tickets, retention, and CSAT.
  • Strong technical communication skills with the ability to bridge technical analysis and business outcomes.

  • Base salary range of $119,000 to $190,000 USD.
