Description

  • Develop and maintain standardized new-hire integration roadmaps from pre-boarding through the first 30 days.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities with HR, Recruiting, Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Security, IT, and other teams.
  • Track new-hire readiness, including documentation, system access, training, badging, equipment, and program requirements.
  • Establish structured new-hire touchpoints and 30-day engagement activities.
  • Partner with managers to provide appropriate introductions, training, expectations, and resources.
  • Identify onboarding gaps, delays, and recurring issues and coordinate process improvements.
  • Create onboarding checklists, guides, communications, templates, and manager resources.
  • Track integration metrics, employee feedback, and early-retention trends.
  • Support onboarding for contract transitions, phase-ins, new awards, and workforce growth.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, recruiting, employee experience, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and project-coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple new hires, deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve process gaps.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking, onboarding, or project-management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and build relationships with new hires, managers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience supporting federal installations or working in government contracting (preferred).
  • Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record, as required to operate company vehicles or equipment.
  • Ability to complete required pre-employment screening, which may include a background check, motor vehicle record review, and 5-panel drug screening.
