Description

  • Build awareness and drive demand for Tines solutions across the Southeast territory.
  • Clearly demonstrate and articulate the value of the Tines automation platform to enterprise customers.
  • Prospect for new customers and supplement lead flow from Business Development Representatives.
  • Manage multiple customer opportunities through the sales cycle and close complex transactions.
  • Work closely with channel and technology alliance partners to uncover and progress opportunities.
  • Uncover new use cases with support from BDR, Marketing, and Channel Partnerships.
  • Partner with Technical Sales Engineering throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Develop a business plan to grow accounts and territory through customer, partner, and community ecosystems.
  • Work with Sales Leadership to develop repeatable strategies for new logo acquisition.
  • Provide customer and prospect feedback to product and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven success selling to Fortune 1000 customers in the Southeast region.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS solutions to stakeholders such as CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, DevOps, and IT leaders.
  • Ability to prospect outbound leads while nurturing inbound lead flow.
  • Familiarity with regional IT channel partners and technology alliances in the Southeast.
  • Experience building new territories or geo patches from scratch and generating demand.
  • Track record of achieving quarterly goals, metrics, and objectives.
  • Cross-department collaboration experience.
  • Coachability and curiosity, with openness to feedback and a willingness to learn.
  • Interest in working at an established scale-up and making an impact.
  • Must be based in Atlanta, GA or Florida and able to attend in-person meetings and events regularly.

Benefits

  • Annual on-target compensation of $340,000, including salary and commission.
