Description

  • Build awareness and generate demand for Tines automation solutions across the assigned territory.
  • Prospect new customers and supplement inbound lead flow with outbound outreach.
  • Manage multiple opportunities through the full sales cycle and close complex transactions.
  • Clearly demonstrate the capabilities and business value of the Tines platform to enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, solutions engineering, legal, and other internal teams to support customers and advance deals.
  • Work closely with channel, technology alliance, and reseller partners to uncover and progress opportunities.
  • Develop repeatable strategies for new logo acquisition in partnership with sales leadership.
  • Build account and territory business plans to drive growth through customer, partner, and community ecosystems.
  • Deliver customer and prospect feedback to product and go-to-market teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in security and IT organizations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven sales success with Fortune 100 customers in the PacNW region.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS solutions to technical stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, heads of engineering, DevOps, and IT leaders.
  • Ability to prospect outbound leads while also nurturing inbound lead flow.
  • Established working relationships with regional IT channel partners or technology alliances in the PacNW.
  • Experience building new territories or geographic patches from scratch and generating demand.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting quarterly goals, metrics, and objectives.
  • Cross-department collaboration experience.
  • Coachable, curious, and open to feedback, with a willingness to learn and question the norm.
  • Interest in working for an established scale-up and making an impact.
  • Must be based in the greater Seattle, WA area and able to attend in-person meetings and events regularly.
