Description

  • Identify, develop, and advance strategic sales opportunities across enterprise accounts.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline and close both monthly cloud agreements and larger annual contracts.
  • Articulate ClickHouse’s vision, positioning, and technical differentiation in the market.
  • Lead value-driven, solution-oriented sales engagements tied to measurable customer outcomes.
  • Represent and promote ClickHouse and ClickHouse Cloud within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, including use cases, stakeholders, next steps, and forecasts.
  • Deliver accurate monthly forecasts with clear visibility into deal progression and risk.
  • Participate in and host meetups, events, and community engagement initiatives in key metro markets.
  • Operate with urgency, ownership, and accountability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Demonstrated experience selling cloud or infrastructure software.
  • Familiarity with open-source business models strongly preferred.
  • Recent experience working with GenAI or AI-native companies.
  • Understanding of data infrastructure needs for GenAI or AI-native companies.
  • Proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional resources, including Solutions Architects, leadership, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to align solutions to customer business objectives, technical requirements, and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and technical fluency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce pipeline management and forecasting is implied by the role’s responsibilities.
