Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for Tiger Analytics across the US and Canada.
  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
  • Maintain the ATS system and collect feedback to calibrate the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to complete interview, offer, and negotiation stages.
  • Engage and attract candidates for roles ranging from senior consultants to leadership positions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on upcoming business hiring needs.
  • Create partnerships with external recruiting firms and contractors.
  • Support growth by helping build a talent team and owning recruiting for a line of business or vertical.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Recruiter.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience working for a consulting company with global operations, preferably across the US and India.
  • Experience hiring for data science, analytics, data engineering, and machine learning engineering roles preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Google platform skills.
  • Knowledge of work visas and immigration processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to produce high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic, personable, and positive approach.
  • Work authorization for Canada is required.
