Description

  • Develop and lead a globally distributed team of Candidate Experience Leads and Coordinators across the US, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Foster a cohesive team culture across time zones and build engagement around shared goals and values.
  • Set the global vision and strategy for candidate experience to ensure a consistent, equitable experience across all hiring stages.
  • Own and improve the candidate journey from interview scheduling through offer acceptance, identifying friction points and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track scheduling SLAs, candidate satisfaction, and coordinator productivity.
  • Monitor and forecast team capacity to ensure regional staffing aligns with hiring volume.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align candidate experience initiatives with broader talent strategy.
  • Drive adoption of new tools and automation, including AI, to improve coordinator efficiency.
  • Work closely with recruiting leadership as a strategic partner on operational excellence and process standardization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • Experience managing distributed or global teams across multiple time zones and regions.
  • Deep understanding of the candidate lifecycle and best practices for high-volume, high-quality interview experiences.
  • Strong operational mindset with a track record of building scalable processes and driving measurable improvements.
  • Experience with ATS platforms, with Greenhouse preferred.
  • Experience with scheduling tools and comfort working with data and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including experience with senior recruiting and business leaders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple competing priorities across regions.
