Description

  • Manage and maintain the NPS-related product backlog.
  • Refine work items, write user stories, and secure process-owner approval before development.
  • Coordinate sprint execution with development teams.
  • Plan UAT, track issues, and consolidate stakeholder feedback.
  • Translate business feedback into actionable backlog updates.
  • Support release readiness and production deployment activities.
  • Validate story readiness, prioritization, and alignment with business needs.
  • Use Jira for work intake, prioritization, and sprint tracking.
  • Use SQL to analyze, validate, and investigate business and system data.
  • Collaborate with business, process, and technical teams to support delivery objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar delivery professional in an Agile environment.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Agile delivery, sprint execution, testing, and release coordination.
  • Strong experience with Jira.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience managing backlogs in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in product, process, or systems environments.
  • Experience with enterprise workflow, product setup, or business process transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Familiarity with Appian or similar workflow or low-code platforms preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or related enterprise environments preferred; CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent certification also preferred.
