Description

  • Lead custodial data integration initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, and production delivery.
  • Ingest, normalize, map, and synchronize custodial feeds from Tamarac into Salesforce CRM.
  • Analyze and resolve data discrepancies, integration issues, and pipeline bottlenecks.
  • Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce workflows supporting wealth management and advisor operations.
  • Identify improvements to data quality, integration efficiency, and CRM functionality.
  • Collaborate with wealth management, advisor operations, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert on Tamarac, custodial data architecture, and Salesforce processes.
  • Manage deliverables, project timelines, and stakeholder expectations independently with minimal oversight.

Requirements

  • 10–12 years of experience in financial services, including dedicated experience in wealth management or RIA environments.
  • Hands-on experience integrating, mapping, and normalizing data feeds from major custodians such as Charles Schwab and Fidelity using Tamarac.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, preferably Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, in an RIA or wealth management setting.
  • Ability to translate operational and business requirements into scalable data and CRM workflows.
  • Experience troubleshooting data discrepancies, integration issues, and workflow gaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations, balance competing priorities, and deliver initiatives with minimal oversight.
