Description

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Entrata products, ResidentVerify, and consulting processes.
  • Build customer relationships and understand their business goals and implementation needs.
  • Provide strategic guidance on system configuration and implementation approaches.
  • Lead ResidentVerify configuration, including background screening workflows.
  • Analyze customer objectives and recommend configurations aligned with business requirements.
  • Resolve client concerns and provide timely, accurate solutions.
  • Coordinate with project team members and communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve consulting methodologies and processes.
  • Manage implementation tasks, prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and operate independently.
  • Facilitate handoff to post-implementation support teams and travel for client meetings or company events as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 2 years of related experience in SaaS, consulting, or property management implementation.
  • Experience providing customer service or consulting in a SaaS or software implementation environment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently on moderately complex assignments.
  • Ability to identify and resolve non-standard problems using professional knowledge and best practices.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace products.
  • Previous experience in multifamily housing, proptech, or a related industry preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience using approved GenAI tools, evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, and protecting confidential or personally identifiable information.
