Description

  • Migrate customer data from legacy systems to the WorkWave platform, including writing and troubleshooting custom scripts.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate customer data.
  • Set up and configure new customer systems and environments.
  • Migrate databases to Microsoft Azure.
  • Communicate with customers about technical requirements, timelines, and expectations.
  • Partner with project managers and implementation teams to identify risks and maintain delivery progress.
  • Maintain knowledge of WorkWave products, tools, and migration methodologies.
  • Keep activity reports and project documentation current within agreed service levels.
  • Follow security policies, protect customer data, and report security issues.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant technical consulting or data engineering experience preferred.
  • Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL, ideally Microsoft SQL Server/T-SQL, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and indexes.
  • Basic knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and tools such as Postman.
  • Basic knowledge of IIS.
  • Ability to communicate technical requirements directly to customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL preferred.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Sigma, or Izenda preferred.
