Description

  • Own technical and solution strategy for complex sales opportunities from discovery through close.
  • Lead discovery sessions to uncover business problems, workflows, technical requirements, success criteria, and risks.
  • Design solution architectures that connect OfficeSpace capabilities to measurable workplace and business outcomes.
  • Create and deliver tailored demonstrations for business, technical, and executive audiences.
  • Lead technical evaluations and proofs of concept with defined use cases, hypotheses, success criteria, and decision paths.
  • Guide enterprise architecture discussions involving APIs, webhooks, SSO, identity management, employee data, Microsoft 365, and security.
  • Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, Security, and other teams on customer solutions.
  • Use and validate AI tools for account research, discovery preparation, demo planning, solution design, and customer deliverables.
  • Lead RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, solution diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation planning.
  • Develop reusable discovery frameworks, technical patterns, demo assets, prompts, and AI-enabled workflows for the Solutions Consulting team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solution Engineering, or technical consulting in SaaS.
  • Experience owning technical and solution strategy in complex B2B SaaS sales cycles.
  • Strong discovery, consultative selling, presentation, writing, verbal communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience designing and delivering software demonstrations for business, technical, and executive audiences.
  • Strong technical aptitude across enterprise software, integrations, APIs, identity, data flows, security, and solution architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI, agentic AI, and LLM-based tools, including output verification and risk assessment.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining rigor, context, and customer trust.
  • Ability to work credibly with end users, technical teams, business leaders, and executives.
  • Experience with IWMS, workplace technology, enterprise integrations, POCs, RFPs, or technical evaluations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, webhooks, SSO/SAML, SCIM, Microsoft 365, SaaS security and privacy, AI agents, or prompt design is a plus.
