Description

  • Lead performance marketing projects of varying complexity while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Apply testing, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving to drive sustainable project growth.
  • Manage client communication, project delivery, proactive problem-solving, and strategic recommendations.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members in performance marketing practices.
  • Delegate work to junior team members and support projects end to end.
  • Use client and business insights to improve Thrive’s products, services, and team contributions.
  • Prepare and lead client calls, manage assigned accounts, and build trusted client relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience executing, maintaining, and scaling performance marketing accounts with $100,000–$200,000 USD in monthly media spend at consistently positive ROI.
  • Experience managing multiple advertising platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, programmatic platforms, TikTok, Twitter, and Spotify.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or training team members and supporting team goals.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience with Google Sheets, Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience building dashboards or automating manual reporting processes.
  • Experience managing performance media across different business verticals, including ecommerce and lead generation.
  • Experience leading projects end to end, including delegating work to junior team members.
  • Experience growing client relationships through regular meetings, asynchronous communication, and strategic business recommendations.
  • Legal authorization to work in Mexico; Thrive does not provide visa sponsorship.
