Description

  • Own Blitzed’s player acquisition strategy and execution.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of acquisition experiments.
  • Identify, launch, and evaluate paid, affiliate, creator, influencer, streamer, sponsorship, partnership, and unconventional acquisition channels.
  • Develop and grow the affiliate, creator, influencer, and streamer channels.
  • Improve acquisition funnels from first impression through registration, deposit, and repeat play.
  • Collaborate with creative resources to develop and rapidly test ads, content, and campaigns.
  • Track CAC, CPA, first-time deposits, conversion, retention, player value, and channel economics.
  • Allocate acquisition budgets based on performance, scaling effective channels and discontinuing underperforming ones.
  • Analyze competitors and identify acquisition tactics to test.
  • Build reporting, processes, and eventually a team around successful channels.

Requirements

  • Required experience in iGaming, betting, crypto, or a similar vertical.
  • Strong experience in customer acquisition, growth, or performance marketing.
  • Highly commercial and numbers-driven mindset.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition funnels and unit economics.
  • Experience owning budgets and accountability for results.
  • Bias toward launching and learning rather than over-planning.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution.
  • Resourceful approach to testing unconventional acquisition ideas.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage company.
