Description

  • Process and track hardware and software license orders from request through delivery.
  • Monitor order status end to end and proactively flag delays or issues.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams on order status, timelines, and fulfillment questions.
  • Coordinate with vendor partners to ensure smooth and reliable fulfillment.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the hardware fulfillment process and help improve workflows.
  • Support ad hoc procurement projects as operations mature.
  • Work across teams to keep stakeholders informed throughout the order lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Prior internship or co-op experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or a similar function.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear, proactive communication skills with the ability to keep multiple stakeholders informed.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Process-improvement mindset and interest in finding more efficient ways of working.
  • Comfortable learning and using new technologies.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft VLC, TD Synnex, and Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • Preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zone.
