Description

  • Support study startup activities in collaboration with project teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical research sites.
  • Train research sites on device use and study protocols.
  • Monitor live study progress against timelines, protocols, and quality standards.
  • Maintain compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate them through tools such as Zendesk and Asana.
  • Collect and relay actionable site feedback to improve devices and workflows.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in clinical project management or clinical operations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify priorities and anticipate challenges.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
  • Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulatory requirements.
  • Interest in analytics, statistics, machine learning, and clinical trials.
  • Fully remote role anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for Central Time Zone.
  • Up to 5% travel required.
