Description

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on growth, profitability, and operational efficiency decisions.
  • Perform ROI analysis, investment prioritization, scenario planning, and other strategic financial analyses.
  • Develop and refine management reporting to track financial and operational performance.
  • Build and maintain financial forecasts that reflect current business trends and strategies.
  • Prepare business recommendations based on financial analysis for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Conduct special studies to analyze complex financial data and support decision-making.
  • Review internal processes and recommend improvements to productivity and cost savings.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting and analysis automation.
  • Partner with leaders across the business to support planning, reporting, and operational analysis.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or financial analysis roles.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Working knowledge of the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and working capital analysis.
  • Experience building financial models, forecasts, budgets, and KPI reporting.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience improving reporting automation or finance processes.
  • Experience with financial planning or BI tools such as NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau, or Adaptive Planning.
  • SaaS industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Advanced Excel skills including lookups, Pivot Tables, and Index-Match.

  • Competitive salary of $90,000 to $115,000 based on experience and location.
