Description

  • Build and maintain SIMBA’s outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end to end, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and the integrations between systems.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows to reduce manual sales work.
  • Instrument the top-of-funnel to track performance and continuously optimize for meetings booked and pipeline created.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and similar tools to keep data clean and systems in sync.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tools quickly, serving as the team’s subject-matter expert on emerging options.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure they have the tooling and data needed to close opportunities.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical focus.
  • Demonstrated experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay and Apollo.
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience with Outreach or Instantly.
  • Experience with Zapier or Make, plus webhooks and REST APIs.
  • Strong analytical approach to funnels and performance metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to ship quickly, keep solutions simple, and work independently without waiting for permission.
  • Nice-to-have experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product.
  • Nice-to-have familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Nice-to-have background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion.
