Description

  • Design, architect, and implement enterprise SaaS platforms, including identity systems, collaboration tools, and security platforms.
  • Develop platform architecture documentation and technical runbooks.
  • Build integrations between SaaS platforms using APIs.
  • Develop automation solutions using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
  • Design and implement IAM workflows, including authentication, provisioning, conditional access, and related controls.
  • Administer and optimize SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365/Entra ID, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, and MDM tools.
  • Implement security best practices in partnership with the Security team.
  • Monitor platform health, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate escalations with vendors.
  • Lead evaluations of new solutions and cross-functional IT projects.
  • Partner with Security, Corp-ITS, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver projects.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise SaaS platforms at scale.
  • Strong expertise in cloud identity and access management, including Entra ID and Okta.
  • Deep knowledge of authentication protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, SSO, conditional access, MFA, and PAM.
  • Proficiency in at least two scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
  • Experience with REST APIs, API authentication methods such as OAuth and JWT, and data formats including JSON and YAML.
  • Expert-level Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration experience.
  • Solid experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune or Jamf Pro and collaboration platforms such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong macOS knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and directory services, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, TLS/SSL, VPN, Active Directory, Entra ID, and LDAP.
  • Understanding of security tooling, certificate management, PKI, compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and GDPR, and zero-trust architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS marketplace integrations such as Okta Integration Network, Microsoft AppSource, and Google Workspace Marketplace.
  • Experience supporting technical users and scaling IT infrastructure.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional projects and strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and excellent problem-solving skills in complex, multi-platform environments.
  • Preferred: knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS architectures, including tenant isolation, data residency, and compliance controls.
  • Preferred: familiarity with SaaS security posture management (SSPM) tools.
  • Preferred: experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Ansible, and DevOps practices including CI/CD, Git, and automated testing.
  • Preferred: Linux systems administration experience, particularly in containerized or cloud-native environments.
  • Preferred: experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) or Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP/ADE).
  • Preferred: background with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, including customization and automation.
  • Preferred: experience in financial services, quantitative research, or other highly regulated industries.

  • Base salary range of $135,000 to $165,000.
