Description

  • Own day-to-day health, performance, and continuous improvement of core enterprise systems including ERP, WMS, and related operational platforms.
  • Ensure systems are configured to support scale, reduce manual work, and enable accurate, reliable execution across the business.
  • Own end-to-end business workflows that span multiple systems—from order creation through fulfillment, billing, and downstream reporting—documenting current-state and designing future-state improvements.
  • Define, maintain, and improve integrations and data flows between systems (e.g., commerce platforms, ERP, WMS, 3PLs) and support monitoring, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to Finance and Operations by translating business needs into system solutions and proactively identifying automation and standardization opportunities.
  • Configure systems and contribute hands-on by writing scripts or workflows to support critical business functions and implementing testing, QA, documentation, and controlled releases.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors on integration and implementation work and escalate/resolve production issues as they arise.
  • Contribute to the long-term enterprise systems roadmap by identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and prioritizing initiatives that support growth and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise systems in an eCommerce or DTC subscription business, ideally during rapid growth.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and optimizing an ERP system, including configuring workflows and writing scripts or automation to support business processes.
  • Experience with NetSuite is required.
  • Proven experience owning cross-system business processes and handling operational edge cases and exceptions.
  • Strong track record of partnering with Finance and Operations stakeholders and providing reliable systems support.
  • Comfortable working across integrations and understanding how data flows between systems (even if not the primary engineer building them).
  • Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and able to balance speed with accuracy in a live production environment.
  • Experience with Celigo and Korber (or any WMS) is a strong plus.
  • Based remotely within the Northeast U.S. with availability to overlap East Coast Fulfillment Center hours and attend occasional monthly co-working sessions.
