Description

  • Own the day-to-day administration of the commercial tech stack, including user provisioning, configuration changes, and vendor relationships.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders requesting changes or improvements to connected systems.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable system configurations.
  • Build and maintain integrations between commercial tools using Celigo or similar iPaaS platforms.
  • Support Salesforce with light administrative tasks such as field creation and list view updates.
  • Monitor system health and data quality across connected platforms and drive issue resolution.
  • Document processes, configurations, and workflows to create a reliable knowledge base.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to identify automation opportunities and practical solutions.
  • Manage multiple incoming requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in business systems, sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role at a B2B technology or SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience administering or configuring commercial tools such as Clari, Gong, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Outreach, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce as a user or light administrator, including routine tasks.
  • Experience with or strong curiosity about integration platforms such as Celigo, Zapier, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
  • A genuine interest in revenue technology and a desire to grow across the commercial stack.
  • Ability to learn new systems and build new skills over time.
  • Preferred: experience with sales engagement and intelligence platforms in a B2B SaaS environment.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $72,100 to $113,400, with a midpoint of $92,800.
  • Eligible for an equity grant.
  • Remote work available, with office options in Washington, DC; New York, NY; and Chicago, IL.
