Description

  • Conduct workshops with client officers and stakeholders.
  • Elicit business requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Estimate project size using Function Point Analysis.
  • Contribute to system design and architecture tasks.
  • Support the development team by clarifying requirements.
  • Participate in functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Produce end-user documentation such as user manuals.
  • Develop training curriculum and conduct training sessions.
  • Assist with project management, technical documentation, team coordination, and reporting.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of measuring software size and complexity using Function Point Analysis.
  • Valid IFPUG Certified Function Point Specialist (CFPS) certification.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, presentation skills, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with the Agile development cycle for web applications, such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Good knowledge of analysis and modelling tools and techniques, such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and entity-relationship models.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
  • Understanding of XML, SQL, HTML, and CSS is an asset.
