Description

  • Manage multiple client-facing consulting engagements against scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Implement PMO governance standards, processes, technologies, tools, templates, and documentation.
  • Develop project and program plans with Consulting Services colleagues.
  • Track project performance and escalate timeline, budget, quality, client satisfaction, and team issues.
  • Lead internal and external meetings and coordinate communications among clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources with Project Owners and Leads to support project execution.
  • Maintain project management system updates for scheduling, budgeting, hours tracking, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
  • Monitor milestones and customer acceptance, collaborate with Finance on invoicing and revenue reporting, and support project closeout.
  • Provide process training, analyze and improve operational workflows, and contribute to reporting on bookings, revenue, utilization, and project volume.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience managing projects from inception through completion.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines, budgets, scope, and quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred; Agile/Scrum certifications are also encouraged.
  • Experience working with leadership teams, resource management, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce; Certinia PSA experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to embrace Clearwater’s CLEAR values and work effectively using a computer for extended periods.

  • Base salary of $85,000–$115,000.
