Description

  • Oversee multiple projects from development through release, including backlogs, schedules, submissions, and approval deadlines.
  • Manage timelines, roadmaps, budgets, workbacks, milestones, and approval processes for concurrent projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across internal teams, external studios, development leads, and license partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for publishing-related matters.
  • Coordinate QA, localization, store pages, pricing, metadata, assets, and key management/distribution.
  • Manage IP collaborations and approvals with external IP owners.
  • Track project quality and identify blockers while driving practical solutions.
  • Provide project updates, presentations, reports, and production documentation.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in PC and console game production.
  • Shipped at least two titles across different platforms within the last three years.
  • Experience managing and driving projects across multiple departments and concurrently managing multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of first-party submission platforms and forms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, reporting, organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with first-party platforms such as NDP, PlayStation Partners, Partner Center, and Steamworks (preferred).
  • Familiarity with legacy games and platforms, Asana, Google Workspace, Miro, FTP clients, emulation technology, and AI production tools (preferred).
  • Experience as a PC and console game release manager (preferred).
  • Alignment with Atari values of long-term thinking, growth mindset, passion and excellence, and drive.

Benefits

  • Target salary of $100,000–$115,000.
