Description

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across existing, new, and alternative sales channels.
  • Build a strong pipeline by responding to marketing leads, inbound enquiries, and self-generated outreach.
  • Use the MEDDPICC framework to qualify opportunities, identify stakeholders, and drive revenue opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and produce accurate sales forecasts.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and business cases to support and close new business.
  • Participate in virtual events and exhibitions to promote Everway and network with prospects.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Technical Support, and wider group colleagues to align on prospect needs and account engagement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to capture sales activity and the full customer journey.
  • Close deals over long sales cycles while building strategic relationships.
  • Present regular reports on growth trends, challenges, and successes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or similar experience.
  • Proven track record of generating sales and winning new business in an established SaaS environment, preferably in EdTech.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving incremental revenue through acquisition of new customers across a broad range of verticals.
  • Proven record of consistently delivering against assigned targets while maintaining an outstanding customer sales experience.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite or MS Office.
  • Understanding and aptitude for digital products and services (preferred).
  • Proficiency in the MEDDPICC methodology (preferred).
  • Experience leveraging social media platforms and an established network to build personal and company brand in a B2B environment, such as LinkedIn or Twitter (preferred).
  • Third-level qualification (preferred).
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Based in or near Florida.
