Description

  • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs and create recruitment strategies.
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding hand-off.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through outreach, networking, and creative sourcing.
  • Write compelling job descriptions and employer branding content to attract strong candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to assess skills and culture fit.
  • Use recruiting data and metrics to improve processes and report hiring progress to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the People team to improve the candidate experience and strengthen employer branding.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
  • Track talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and modern recruiting best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth or tech-driven company.
  • Proven success filling roles across multiple departments and levels.
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); familiarity with Greenhouse, Lever, or similar is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use them to guide decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Experience recruiting in fintech, financial services, or a remote-first environment is a plus.
  • Must be available to work 9am-5pm EST from anywhere in the world.
