Description

  • Develop and deliver technical enablement programs, workshops, demos, and training sessions for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Create enablement assets such as tutorials, documentation, sample code, and best-practice guides.
  • Understand the needs of developers, data scientists, scientists, and R&D IT stakeholders and analyze their data environments.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of self-service solutions that reduce friction for developers.
  • Prototype practical solutions using scientific data platforms, pipelines, and applications.
  • Translate complex technical and scientific concepts into clear, accessible language for different audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product, Platform Engineering, Field Engineering, Customer Engagement & Support, Sales, Marketing, and UX teams.
  • Gather customer and field feedback and convert it into actionable product requirements.
  • Set strategy for EU developer experience and community across partners, customers, and independent developers.
  • Support developer onboarding, application building, scaling, and ecosystem growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a life sciences company and/or a scientific background.
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a data scientist, scientific data engineer, or solutions architect.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in technical enablement and/or developer relations.
  • Experience running large-scale enablement programs and evangelizing them effectively across an organization.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, and modern data stack technologies.
  • Deep understanding of drug discovery, development, and manufacturing processes.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with strong executive presence.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customer locations and whiteboard product strategy with customers.
  • Experience with data governance, privacy, and compliance considerations.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, including C-level executives, and thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Nice to have: experience at high-growth SaaS companies with complex data needs.
  • Nice to have: previous experience as a practicing bench scientist.
  • Nice to have: previous experience in a biopharma IT-related function.
  • Nice to have: background in technical support or field service.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with enterprise sales processes in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Nice to have: experience with the AWS application stack.
