Description

  • Own pipeline and revenue across e-commerce brands, primarily within the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Close $20K-$200K deals independently with DTC brands and mid-market companies.
  • Convert product usage, trials, and inbound interest into paying customers.
  • Define and improve PLG conversion loops from free trial to activation to paid conversion.
  • Partner with Product to optimize onboarding, in-product conversion, and monetization.
  • Analyze drop-off points in the customer journey and continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Own Terrific’s Shopify App Store and broader ecosystem presence.
  • Build relationships with Shopify partners, agencies, and commerce enablement players.
  • Drive inbound demand through integrations, partnerships, and marketplace visibility.
  • Translate Terrific’s value into clear business outcomes such as conversion lift, AOV, engagement, and revenue.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling SaaS to e-commerce brands.
  • Deep understanding of the Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento ecosystems.
  • Experience working in or alongside product-led growth environments, including self-serve, trials, and in-product conversion.
  • Track record of closing mid-market deals in the $20K-$200K range independently.
  • Strong commercial instincts and a focus on revenue outcomes rather than activity metrics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product to influence growth and conversion.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to simplify technical value into business outcomes.
  • Preferred experience in the Shopify Partners ecosystem or marketplace-driven SaaS companies.
  • Preferred experience with commerce enablement platforms or retail tech.
  • Preferred background selling to or working with DTC brands.
  • Preferred experience in mid-market SaaS sales rather than only enterprise sales.
  • Preferred exposure to product-led growth environments and metrics.
