Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through close and expansion.
  • Manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities.
  • Lead discovery conversations with decision-makers and uncover business needs.
  • Run product demos and translate customer needs into tailored solutions.
  • Develop deal strategy, negotiate terms, and close new business.
  • Partner with SDR, marketing, and product teams to help build pipeline.
  • Proactively source and develop new opportunities when needed.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and share feedback with Product and Engineering.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities to grow account value.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in SaaS sales in a closing role.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and/or enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong discovery, qualification, and deal management skills.
  • Ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • High ownership and ability to operate independently.
  • Experience selling into eCommerce, media, or digital platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with PLG or product-led sales environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, or similar is preferred.
  • Experience selling technical or data-driven products is preferred.
