Description

  • Lead client conversations to define goals, guide decisions, and present strategic recommendations.
  • Own content strategy from concept through execution, aligning work to business objectives, audience needs, brand voice, and regulatory considerations.
  • Research audiences, industries, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy and writing.
  • Write, edit, and refine content across multiple formats with a high standard for clarity, accuracy, and craft.
  • Take independent ownership of workstreams and deliver polished work that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Partner with clients to gather input, align on messaging, and incorporate feedback through iterative review cycles.
  • Create and evolve toolkits, templates, and guidelines to support consistent, scalable content delivery.
  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through.
  • Collaborate with AEO/SEO, paid media, design, and development partners on multichannel content campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content quality, strategic alignment, and client service.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience, including experience at a creative or digital agency.
  • Experience leading client-facing projects and developing content strategies.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled writer and editor with experience creating content for articles, webpages, emails, social, and display ads.
  • Ability to bring clarity, consistency, and creativity while aligning content to brand voice, business goals, and audience needs.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage priorities while adapting to changing client demands.
  • Ability to create presentation decks that clearly communicate strategic recommendations (preferred).
  • Understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices, including keyword strategy and on-page optimization (preferred).
  • Interest in integrating AI tools into content workflows without sacrificing quality or editorial judgment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with UX writing principles, Figma, and social content testing/A/B testing (preferred).
