Description

  • Create strategic communication plans that support business and enterprise initiatives.
  • Develop communication plans that incorporate change management practices and principles.
  • Write and edit articles, headlines, talking points, scripts, and other messages.
  • Design and edit presentation materials and other communication assets.
  • Manage communication documents and coordinate distribution of business unit materials.
  • Provide direction on visual elements supporting broader communications needs.
  • Plan and prepare all-employee meetings and large events, including collateral, scripting, presentations, and content.
  • Direct peers and cross-functional partners such as graphic, photo, and video teams on communications projects.
  • Analyze information and recommend alternative solutions for business unit partners and leadership.
  • Work with people leaders to maintain the schedule for recurring and new communications content.
  • Mentor specialists and help build leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in communications, journalism, or a similar discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related communications role with increasing responsibilities.
  • Experience communicating within a multi-functional business environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with communications media such as photography, video, and web content.
  • Proficient in English and able to work with U.S.-based stakeholders.
  • Experience developing, directing, producing, and coordinating strategic communication plans for employee engagement.
  • Experience writing and editing business unit materials, coordinating communication distribution, and building relationships with internal clients.
  • Content creation, storytelling, message development, brand alignment, and digital content experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft tools and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with Power BI.
  • Experience using social media to engage and respond to audiences.
