Description

  • Execute user and license management, including new user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
  • Perform Salesforce configuration changes across flows, automation, fields, layouts, record types, apps, actions, dashboards, reports, and related settings.
  • Configure and optimize Agentforce Agents, including Topics, Actions, and Instructions, to automate business tasks and improve intent detection.
  • Design and maintain Prompt Templates in Prompt Builder to ground AI responses in Salesforce data.
  • Adapt existing Flows and build new autolaunched Flows to support Agentforce logic.
  • Manage sandbox environments and scratch orgs.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable, best-practice solutions with strong user experience considerations.
  • Own communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders, and help define roadmap priorities.
  • Perform data management to improve Salesforce data quality through rules and automation.
  • Conduct system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer, while monitoring user adoption, training users, and maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience with hands-on Sales Cloud experience.
  • Experience working with Salesforce territory management tools.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
  • Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist Certification is strongly preferred.
  • Trailhead Badges and/or Super Badges are required.
  • Expertise with Salesforce Reports and automation tools including Flow Builder, Flow Orchestrator, and Process Builder.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and generative AI concepts such as LLMs and grounding.
  • Practical knowledge of AI coding tools such as Claude Code to streamline Salesforce development, automation, and configuration.
  • Solid understanding of Data Cloud, including data streams and data models, as well as Salesforce data structures and custom objects.
  • Solid understanding of Sales Engagement, Inbox, Einstein Conversation Insights, and Pipeline Inspection.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Maxio, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Chorus, and help desk ticketing systems such as JIRA or Help Scout is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of LWC, APEX, Visualforce, and Agentforce Vibes is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting SaaS applications and subscription modeling is a huge plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and process-driven skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment and demonstrate strong commitment and drive.
