Description

  • Manage resourcing for all potential and assigned Professional Services and Education engagements.
  • Act as liaison between Services Account Managers and Delivery Managers on resource allocation.
  • Obtain and assign resources based on expertise, availability, and Statements of Work.
  • Coordinate scheduling with clients and internal stakeholders for services and training engagements.
  • Manage and resolve resource booking conflicts.
  • Support the engagement lifecycle from booking through scheduling, delivery, and revenue recognition.
  • Build, maintain, and communicate resource forecasts with Professional Services leads.
  • Monitor daily project activity and utilization, addressing underutilization with team leads.
  • Manage virtual training course delivery and subcontractor utilization.
  • Identify process and system improvements to increase Resource Management Office efficiency.
  • Mentor Resource Management Specialists and serve as an escalation point for resource issues.
  • Handle month-end project closure and Resource Management activities in support of Operations.

Requirements

  • 5 years of resource management or project management experience in the software solutions industry.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be diplomatic or firm as needed to drive results.
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to work autonomously.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams in both in-office and remote environments.
  • Infrequent travel required.
  • RMCP certification preferred.
  • Salesforce or Certina experience is a plus.

  • Base pay range of $77,000 to $102,333.33 USD.
