Description

  • Conduct inspections or assessments of fire sprinkler and other fire protection systems.
  • Identify, analyze, and document system deficiencies.
  • Propose effective solutions to address identified deficiencies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Perform administrative and accounting tasks for managers and department staff.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and develop customer quotes.
  • Process projects, contracts, accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, and collections.
  • Assist with purchasing, receiving, and divisional sales activities as needed.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of industry-related work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of fire sprinkler system design, installation, operation, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with local and national fire codes and regulations, including NFPA standards.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention-to-detail, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record for use of a company vehicle.
  • Ability to pass required background checks.
  • Eagerness for professional development and career growth.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Experience conducting fire protection system inspections or assessments preferred.
