Description

  • Support employee inquiries and drive issues to resolution across regions.
  • Refine employee experience processes for onboarding, leave administration, offboarding, and lifecycle changes across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Support onboarding logistics and first-week programming to help new hires feel welcomed and connected.
  • Build and document scalable People Operations processes for new countries and entities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to administer and improve international benefits programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records across People systems for hires, transfers, role changes, and separations.
  • Oversee employee leave requests and approvals while maintaining accurate leave records.
  • Assist with compliance-related tasks, including training administration, reporting, audits, documentation, and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations, People Generalist, or People Coordinator roles.
  • Experience supporting teams across multiple countries or working with international stakeholders, vendors, or region-specific processes.
  • Experience with benefits, leave, onboarding logistics, or compliance in an international context.
  • Strong attention to detail and an understanding of how operational quality affects the employee experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with global partners, provide regular updates, and drive timely resolutions.
  • Well-versed in People operations, compliance, and People systems.
  • Based in the United Kingdom.
  • Occasional travel may be required for company events, team offsites, and other in-person gatherings.
