Description

  • Actively develop new business in the assigned region with a hunter-style sales approach.
  • Prospect and reach out to new clients through cold calling, on-site visits, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Sell telematics hardware devices, including GPS trackers, vehicle tracking equipment, and IoT devices.
  • Build and manage a personal sales pipeline to grow local market presence.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contract terms with prospects and clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Represent Teltonika at meetings and industry events.
  • Collaborate with technical teams when needed to support sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Minas Gerais or Recife in Brazil.
  • Strong experience in B2B sales of hardware products such as telematics, telecom, tracking devices, electronics, or similar.
  • Proven hunter profile with experience in new client acquisition and market development.
  • Knowledge of fleet management, logistics, transportation, or agriculture industries.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Intermediate English level (B1+) required for understanding product documentation, technical materials, and internal communication.
  • Strong ownership, autonomy, and results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel.
