Description

  • Own regional sales performance and deliver on company KPIs for the territory.
  • Sell and execute incremental display space throughout the assigned territory.
  • Optimize shelf space and merchandise products and displays to drive sales growth.
  • Drive consumer awareness through point-of-sale materials and in-store sales promotion execution.
  • Educate consumers in stores on the brand and what differentiates it in the category.
  • Ensure product quality by rotating stock and removing damaged packages.
  • Maintain organization and proper rotation of back stock.
  • Use CRM tools to track daily activities and display execution accurately.
  • Build strong relationships with key retail contacts to secure additional display space.
  • Service an assigned account base consistently, with approximately 8-12 stops per day, and schedule weekly visits based on business needs.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with retail accounts and partner with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Support company culture and contribute to team initiatives, including demos, display building, and market blitzes outside the home territory.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Sales experience across Grocery, Mass, Natural, and Drug channels.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs continuously throughout the day and build displays of 100 cases or more.
  • Must have and be willing to use a personal vehicle to travel to and from accounts.
  • Ability to travel overnight on occasion based on business needs.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-growth startup environment.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work long and flexible hours, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to serve as a role model for the company’s culture.

  • Base salary range of $60,000-$70,000.
