Description

  • Lead product initiatives from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Develop deep expertise in the auto repair industry to identify new product opportunities for core users.
  • Lead AI product initiatives by applying generative AI solutions to customer workflows.
  • Conduct user research, concept testing, and usability testing to inform iterative development.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, product marketing, and sales on product vision, go-to-market plans, pricing, packaging, and priorities.
  • Define and communicate the long-term product vision and translate it into executable roadmaps.
  • Measure product outcomes and business impact, and use results to guide optimization.
  • Train sales, support, and consulting teams on new technology so they can sell, troubleshoot, and use it effectively.
  • Own the API product strategy, including vision, roadmap, developer experience, versioning, and partner enablement.
  • Drive API adoption and growth by identifying integrations and working with sales and partnerships to expand the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience owning and shipping API products, including contracts, developer audiences, versioning, deprecation, documentation, and partner onboarding.
  • 2+ years of experience delivering generative AI or machine learning solutions to market.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, Heap, or Pendo (preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead strategically while executing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build business cases, validate hypotheses, and scale features from inception to market.
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to continuous optimization and improvement.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional peers in a high-matrix, global organization.
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
