Description

  • Support day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple workflows.
  • Manage requisition audit and approval processes, job postings, interview coordination, and offers.
  • Update and maintain data in Workday, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and Ashby.
  • Perform routine system audits, reporting, and data quality checks.
  • Respond to and resolve ATS-related tickets and workflow requests from recruiters and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide flexible operational support across recruiting operations based on business needs.
  • Maintain operational accuracy and consistency across recruiting systems and processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting Operations, or a similar operational role.
  • Familiarity with recruiting and HR systems such as Greenhouse, Workday, Ashby, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a remote work setting.
  • Comfort working with operational processes, documentation, and spreadsheets or trackers.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed.
  • Experience supporting recruiting operations in a high-growth or fast-moving environment is preferred.
  • Experience with Greenhouse system administration, maintenance, and audits is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $40 to $65 USD per hour.
  • Potential eligibility for equity compensation.
  • Potential eligibility for a bonus or commission based on individual or company performance.
  • Contract role scheduled to run from June to December 2026.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
